Tele-Care is a free, confidential, health advice and information line that provides access to bilingual registered nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

 

What can I expect?

Your call will be answered by a registered nurse who will ask you questions about your medical condition and provide you with advice. This is a useful service, as the registered nurse will help you decide if you need to see a pharmacist, make an appointment with your family doctor, visit an After-Hours/Walk-In Clinic, or go to an Emergency Department.
