What can I expect?
Your call will be answered by a registered nurse who will ask you questions about your medical condition and provide you with advice. This is a useful service, as the registered nurse will help you decide if you need to see a pharmacist, make an appointment with your family doctor, visit an After-Hours/Walk-In Clinic, or go to a hospital ED.
